Bu xalçanın adı müasir Laçın rayonunun mərkəzindən 50-60 km şimalda yerləşən Şamkənd, Ərikli, Kürdhacı, Şəlvə kəndlilərində yaşayan əhalinin adı ilə bağlıdır.
English: "Kasym ushagy carpets" - Azerbaijanian fleecy carpet, Karabakh school, Jabrayi (Cəbrayıl) group .The name of this carpet is associated with the name "Kasym ushagy", the residents of the villages Shamkend, Erikli, Kurdhaji, Chorman and Shelva, located to the north of Lachin, the present-day district center, of Azerbaijan.
Русский: "Ковры Гасымушагы" - Азербайджанское ворсистые ковры, Карабах школе, Джебраильский (Cəbrayıl) группы. Название этого ковра связано с именем , жители деревни Шамкенд, Арикли, Кюрдгаджы, Чорман и Шальва, В расположенный к северу от Лачина, современного районного центра, в Азербайджа́нская Респу́блика.

This work was first published in Azerbaijan and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Copyright and Related Rights, enacted 1996, amended 2008. The work meets one of the following criteria:
  • It is an anonymous work, pseudonymous or a collective work and 70 years have passed since the date of its publication
  • It is another kind of work, and 70 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
  • It is a a posthumous work, published at first time during 30 years and 70 years have passed since the date of its publication
The Article 25.3 (amendment) was added in 2008: “Duration of protection determined by this Law shall be applied to all works of which term of protection has not expired until this Law enters into force”. Works of authors who died in 1970 or earlier, or anonymous works published 1970 or earlier, are public domain in Azerbaijan.

You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States. Note that a few countries have copyright terms longer than 70 years: Mexico has 100 years, Jamaica has 95 years, Colombia has 80 years, and Guatemala and Samoa have 75 years.
