In 1903 Turgay County born in the area Chiklis Gaidauskas parish. The first poet, who opened the letter from the aul Mullah, finished seven years of school, despite his age. From an early age poet, loving his word, in his life he as Asenal, Alan, raises the image of the poet. In 1936, he took part in the work of the inter-District folk theater, which was organized in the Amangeldi district, then held various positions in the regional Department of culture. The poet died in 1975 in the village of Rakhmet in Amangeldi district. Kotian took the prize places in district and regional competitions with such poets as Akhmetkhan Abykayev and other Sat Yessenbayev, Zhakan Tokseitov, Omirbek of Zhandauletov. The poet who wrote the poem has essays and songs "dihan", "New city", "Kart Sholpan" and kui "AK kaiyn".
